Chad J. Westbrook mentors scaling contractors to create consistent revenue and team growth through his company, Service Alignment.

Westbrook was formally introduced to the roofing service industry by a technology firm in 2012. He accepted the national service director position, tasked with rapid growth and creating residual, forecastable income. His position included several start-up divisions in various cities throughout the U.S. During the next 18 months, he grew eight service branches into a $4 million division with a reoccurring revenue of nearly $500,000. His following role would expand this knowledge and implement a national account team accountable for more than $18 million with some of the nation's largest property owners. His experience has allowed him to create solutions that have been implemented throughout the industry.
