Amy Staska
Vice president of NRCA University
Amy Staska has been with NRCA since August 2011 and previously worked for the association from 1996 to 2004. Staska has worked in training and education her entire career, including at Awana Clubs International—a non- denominational children’s and youth Christian ministry—and the University of New Hampshire.
At NRCA, Staska started her work in health and safety, helping to author NRCA’s first safety manual and Toolbox Talks. As part of the education department, Staska has assisted with starting the Future Executives Institute and shaping and teaching the Foreman Leadership Training programs and CERTA Train-the-trainer.
Staska currently leads NRCA’s education team, spearheading development of TRAC for installers and working with the NRCA University Operations Committee to ensure all NRCA University offerings are well-developed and meet member needs.
