Career Center

Connecting Talent with Opportunity

NRCA’s Career Center is an industry–specific resource that allows all industry sectors—including roofing contractors, distributors, manufacturers, consultants, and designers—to find skilled candidates. It’s also an invaluable resource for potential job candidates interested in learning more about the array of opportunities and career paths available in the roofing industry.

The NRCA Career Center website offers access to two job databases, the NRCA Job Bank and BuiltWorlds. The NRCA Job Bank lists available industry jobs and lets candidates upload résumés that employers can review; the BuiltWorlds Job Bank is a construction industry database where candidates can create a personal profile and search for open jobs.

To support your recruitment efforts, NRCA's Career Center offers roofing industry employers a way to connect with job seekers, including job posting platforms and resources to help you find qualified workers, including customizable roofing industry handouts about employment opportunities available in the roofing industry that can be used when attending trade fairs, visiting career and technical education schools, and area high schools.

The Career Center also offers recruiting videos to help you communicate the benefits of a career in the roofing industry; tools to onboard and train new employees; and organizations to connect you with potential employees, among other resources.
