Benjamin S. Briggs, labor and employment partner, Cotney Construction Law, represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination, wage and hour and retaliation claims, drafting and enforcing employment contracts, restrictive covenants, separation agreements, and employee handbooks.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ben worked for a roofing company and billboard construction company. Before joining Cotney Construction Law, Ben spent five years practicing employment and appellate law. Ben draws from his diverse employment background and experience in his representation of clients with Cotney Construction Law.
