Class description

This half-day, virtual seminar provides contractors with the information and tools necessary to build or improve service/maintenance centers within their businesses.

Participants will learn practical. detailed information about the following:

  • Ways to administer and manage a service/maintenance center successfully
  • Ideas for sales and marketing that will help get the word out to potential customers
  • Methods of operation and systems for managing logistics
  • Ways to view and control a center's finances

Please note: Before the class begins, each participant must register individually with NRCA’s webinar provider, Zoom. The link to register will be provided with your registration confirmation.

For this computer-based course, each participant must have access to his or her own computer/device with a microphone and webcam.

Virtual seminar will take place on the Zoom platform.

After registering on the NRCA website, you will receive an email to register in Zoom. You must register in Zoom to participate in the seminar.

NRCA understands circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. If you cancel up to 10 business days before an event, your registration fee will be refunded. If your cancellation is received 10 business days or less before an event, you may send another person in your place or receive a credit voucher that can be applied toward any NRCA University program during the next 12 months. Registrants who do not cancel before the seminar or do not attend are liable for the entire registration fee. All cancellations must be in writing. NRCA reserves the right to cancel any programs. If such a cancellation is necessary, registrants will be notified and an attempt will be made to reschedule or make alternative arrangements. Registrants will receive a full tuition refund for the program. NRCA is not responsible for other costs incurred. The registration fee is due and payable before the start of a seminar.
