NRCA has made available a foreman Training for Roof Application Careers package, which echoes the four pillars upon which NRCA ProCertification® is built: safety, customer service, quality and productivity.
When your foremen engage with TRAC, they will navigate through several scenarios for each pillar to help reinforce the content. All scenarios are available for download, and participants are encouraged to discuss the best answers for their work environments with their supervisors.
